creating expert analyses and materials (research, working with Excel)
preparing offer sheets for cultural projects and cultural directories
translations from/to English
assisting in the implementation of events abroad (sending exhibitions, materials for insurance, etc.)
preparing events and assisting in the implementation of events in the Czech Republic
communication with Czech centers and diplomatic missions abroad
mapping and searching for cultural projects
administrative support for the department and errands
Requirements
good communication skills, independence, and responsibility
ability to work in a team
deeper interest in the activities of Czech centers
time flexibility and communicativeness
good knowledge of PC usage
excellent knowledge of Czech, good knowledge of English or another world language is an advantage
