The Czech Centre in Sofia is continuously looking for interns interested in Czech culture and its promotion in Sofia and Bulgaria during the period February-June 2026. The duration of the internship is at least 3 months, working hours 40 hours per week.
collaboration on interesting cultural projects
the possibility of realizing your own project
experience in project management in the fields of culture and PR
contact with cultural organizations and artists from the Czech Republic and Bulgaria
experience from a cultural institution abroad
work in a small but dynamic team in the center of Sofia
creating PR texts, materials for press releases in Bulgaria and the Czech Republic
managing the website and social media (experience with social media Facebook & Instagram is required), knowledge of photo editing (an advantage)
participation in project preparation according to the intern's focus and interests, production assistance during cultural events
excellent knowledge of Czech and very good knowledge of English (min. B2), any knowledge of Bulgarian or another Slavic language is highly welcomed
good organizational skills
communicativeness, creativity, reliability, initiative
advanced knowledge of working on a PC
