The Czech Centre in Tokyo is continuously looking for interns interested in promoting Czech culture in Japan for a minimum of 3 months, with working hours to be agreed upon.
preparation of PR texts and press releases, materials for websites
management of social media (FB, Twitter, Instagram) including planning and preparing texts
administrative work, media monitoring
production assistance at events held at CC Tokyo and outside of it (vernissages, book presentations, exhibitions, film screenings, concerts)
reception and gallery service – communication with visitors (providing information)
translation of other program texts and projects (Japanese – Czech, Czech – Japanese)
advanced knowledge of the Czech language
advanced knowledge of Japanese (min. level B2 (N2))
communicative knowledge of English
communicative skills, organizational abilities
advanced knowledge of computer work
good orientation in the Czech cultural scene
improvement of organizational, presentation, and language skills
expansion of cultural knowledge
gaining work experience abroad
creating new contacts
