The Czech Centre London is looking for interns who would become a strong support for our team in the first half of 2026.
It takes place in our office in central London and partly in other institutions with which the Czech Centre collaborates during this period. This internship is suitable for students who are studying in London at that time and are able to come to the Czech Centre at least one day a week, participate in Czech Centre events, and complete the rest of the internship online.
The option for an in-person internship is also open to students from the Czech Republic, in the form of academic research pre-approved by the sending university.
It takes place exclusively online via email and Zoom. The internship is primarily intended for applicants from the Czech Republic.
Both forms of internship at the Czech Centre London are suitable for university students who have as their main field of study marketing, PR, arts management, multimedia studies, or film/theatre production .
Internships are conducted as voluntary assistance and are unpaid.
The duration of the internship is flexible and depends on the agreement between the Czech Centre and the successful applicant, but the minimum expected duration is three months and at least 10 hours per week .
Knowledge of Czech is an advantage, but not a requirement for the internship.

Contact with renowned and emerging cultural organizations and artists in the UK and the Czech Republic

Collaboration on organizing cultural events
Assisting team members with daily administration (contact research, database updates, text formulation, etc.)
Translating texts from English to Czech
Working with social media
Collaboration on the production, PR, and marketing agenda of the Czech Centre London
Overall preparation for one specific project
