Residencies

Year-round program of residential stays for Czech artists, professionals, or students abroad in collaboration with Czech and local partners to support the creative process, sector networking, as well as professional institutional connections, research, and study topic searches. It also includes short-term stays for the winners of Czech Centre awards. An average of 30 stays take place each year, lasting from 1 week to 3 months, with predetermined focuses and can be organized through public open calls.

Regular partners in organizing residential stays include The Jindřich Chalupecký Award, MeetFactory, National Institute for Culture, Prague City of Literature and UMPRUM.
