Czech Centre Hanoi

The Czech Centre Hanoi and the Cultural Department of the Czech Embassy in Vietnam offers unpaid internship opportunities for students. In addition to internships taking place directly in the office of the Czech Centre at the Czech Embassy in Hanoi, we offer the possibility of a remote online internship that would primarily involve graphic work, text work, and managing websites and social media. If you are applying for a remote internship, please indicate this clearly in your application.

The minimum duration of the internship is 3 months.

Internship dates: start possible at any time throughout the year, the current nearest date is January 2027 .

Knowledge of the Vietnamese language is an advantage, but not a requirement for the internship.

1st internship: PR, text work, social media management

  • translations from Vietnamese/English to Czech, and possibly vice versa

  • collaboration in the administration of the Czech Centre's websites and social media

  • collaboration in program preparation, promotion, information service, and research

  • assistance in organizing cultural events, coordinating language courses

  • managing the contact database

2nd internship: graphic design and documentation

  • graphic work (editing promotional materials, preparing print data for flyers, posters, etc., preparing graphics for social media)

  • photographic, and possibly video documentation of events and subsequent post-production

  • collaboration in program preparation, promotion, information service, and research

  • assistance in organizing cultural events

  • managing the contact database

We are looking for someone who has

  • excellent knowledge of Czech and English

  • an interest in the field of culture and international relations

  • experience working on social media

  • knowledge of the Vietnamese language is an advantage, but not a requirement

  • creativity, reliability, initiative, and the ability to work in a team

  • previous experience in organizing or preparing cultural events is welcome

  • experience in the media field is an advantage
