1. internship: field of cultural management

Czech Centre Vienna is accepting interns in the field of cultural management who will stay with us for at least 4 months, with longer periods welcome. This is a unpaid internship which we recommend to students or recent graduates of universities eligible for a grant (e.g., Erasmus+).

The earliest possible start date is May 2026 .

Job description

  • writing texts, translations

  • managing the website and social media, working with graphic programs (previous experience with graphic programs is not a requirement)

  • handling correspondence and phone calls in German and Czech

  • participation in project preparation according to your focus and interests

  • organizational assistance during cultural events

We are looking for someone who has

  • very good knowledge of Czech and German (min. B2),
    good knowledge of English

  • good organizational skills (communication, creativity, reliability)

  • advanced knowledge of working on a PC

2. internship: field of video and photography creation for social media

Czech Centre Vienna is accepting interns in the field of video and photography creation, who will stay with us for at least 4 months, with longer periods welcome. This is an unpaid internship, which we recommend to students or recent graduates of universities eligible for a grant (e.g., Erasmus+).

The earliest possible start date is May 2026 .

Job description

  • photodocumentation of cultural events and subsequent editing of photos for the web and social media

  • creating videos for social media and subsequent editing (reels, short edits from cultural events)

We are looking for someone who has

  • studied or is a recent graduate of a vocational or university program (field of photography, audiovisual creation, graphics, content for social media)

  • communicative knowledge of German or English is welcome, but not required

  • organizational skills, communication, creativity, reliability, own initiative
