the Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2019/1937 of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law, as amended.
Act No. 171/2023 Coll. on the protection of whistleblowers.
We ensure the protection of whistleblowers and the handling of reports through trained personnel and a comprehensive management document issued for this issue.
