The Czech Centres have been getting ready to celebrate the 2024 Year of Czech Music since 2022 by supporting international opera dramaturgists attending the Opera Europa Conference in Czechia.
In 2023, we supported 14 curators and journalists from all over the world attending a selection of Czech festivals and other music-related events. The aim of the professional visits is to promote Czech music and encourage its inclusion in international events as well as to support articles on Czech music being published by international media.
