Call for Tender for an External Service Provider on Cultural Indicators.
Scope of the Call
Selected service providers will have the chance to:
Deliver capacity building on cultural indicators for EU4Culture participating non-capital cities.
Provide mentorship and consultancy to local authorities in data identification, processing, and analysis at the local level.
Conduct three-stage research using quantitative and qualitative indicators.
Eligibility
Legal entities established in EU Member States or Eastern Partnership Countries with at least 5 years' experience in Culture, Creative Industries, Regional Development or relevant are eligible to apply.
Budget
The maximum budget for this assignment, including all taxes, is set at 110.000 EUR.
