Václav Havel would have celebrated his 85th birthday this year. Let us remember his immortal thoughts! The project #readinghavel is a series of readings of excerpts from Havel's texts, presented by prominent personalities from the Czech Republic and abroad. Watch the salutation by the director of the Václav Havel Library Michael Žantovský in which he talks about the projecz #readinghavel and the cooperation with the Czech Centres. The project Reading Havel was created in cooperation with the Václav Havel Library. The project builds on the original project Reading Havel of the Václav Havel Library and brings it abroad. The Czech Centres in Athens, Bratislava, Budapest, London, New York, Paris, Rotterdam, Rome, Seoul and Warsaw will participate in reading excerpts from Havel's Letters to Olga and A Word about Words.
The first excerpt from Letters to Olga will be read by Tat'ána Gregor Brzobohatá next week.
