Date of event: 1. 4. - 30. 4. 2021 For more than a year now, many of us have spent most of our time at home, often at our computers, with walking being our only physical activity. Since walking has a beneficial effect not only on the body, but also on the state of mind, the employees of the Czech Centres around the world decided to do something for their health to motivate each other and organised a month-long “walking challenge” in April.

The participation was truly phenomenal: colleagues from 12 countries took part in the challenge, crossing collectively a distance of impressive 5,592 kilometres, which can be compared to a walking tour from Gibraltar through Prague to northern Norway.
The beautiful photos taken on the walks showing the awakening spring in different parts of the world were just a cherry on the cake. Although the challenge is over, it will certainly not be the last!

Everyone who took part will be rewarded with chocolate.
