Literature Night 2021

Contemporary authors, unusual places and famous personalities: this is the face of the public reading series - Literature Night. The project is organised by the Czech Centres in cooperation with EUNIC Prague (Association of National Cultural Institutes of the EU countries), foreign embassies in the Czech Republic and the Labyrint publishing house. The aim of the Literature Night is to increase public interest in contemporary European literature and its currents of thought and creativity. In addition, it highlights the importance of multilingualism and translations from both widespread and less broadly used languages. This year, the Literature Night takes place in Prague 4, in the area of Braník and Podolí, with the sub-theme of water and life in urban nature.
