Erasmus+ is a European Union program that supports education, training, youth, and sports. One of the activities it supports is adult mobility, which enables adult education workers to gain new skills and experience abroad.
Czech Centres are one of the organizations involved in the mobility program, and thanks to the Inspiration for Work with Public Involvement project, they offer their employees the opportunity to visit other European institutions with a similar focus. The aim of these mobility programs is to support the development of program areas within the institution, such as cultural diplomacy, the promotion of the Czech language and literature, and the support of Czech research and innovation, with a special focus on the development of public relations. The mobility training program is therefore not only beneficial for the participants themselves but also adds value for the Czech Centers and their partners.
From May 2023 to October 2024, 27 trips are planned, during which Czech Center staff will learn to work with new trends that are emerging globally and becoming part of the encounter between culture and the public.
