Czech That Film
A presentation of contemporary Czech cinema in the form of a curated collection of Czech films is available to the Czech Centre's international network and representative offices. The annual collections include current feature films (both live action and animated), documentaries, and short films across genres, and are created in collaboration with the Finále Plzeň festival, the Institute of Documentary Film, and other partners.
The inclusion of films is then discussed and agreed upon with the producers and foreign distributors of the specific films. In order to organize screenings within the CTF, it is necessary to comply with the conditions regarding communication, the use of logos, and partnership agreements for the use of licenses.
The project loosely follows on from the Czech That Film festival, which took place in the USA and Canada between 2012 and 2021, with the last two editions taking place online or in a hybrid form.
