EUNIC Cluster Prague

The Prague cluster was one of the first clusters to be founded in 2006. It currently has 16 full members, one associated member (British Council) and several partners including the Representation of the European Commission in the Czech Republic. Since September 2023 the cluster is presided by the Instituto Cervantes.

The Prague cluster dedicates itself to a number of well-established projects with significant partners every year:

  • Literature Night - The literary project organised since 2006 which is dedicated to introducing current European literature to wide public through a series of public readings in Prague.
  • Diploma Selection - The international competition for the best European diploma (graduation) work in the fields of product and fashion design organised within Designblok festival.
  • European Day of Languages - The project celebrating language and cultural diversity organised jointly with the Representative of the European Commission in Prague.

In addition to these regular projects the members of the Prague cluster cooperate on new projects and initiatives often funded by the EUNIC Cluster Fund.
