Come celebrate European Mobility Week with culture. As part od the CYCLE UP! project, we are connecting art and sustainable mobility and transforming public space into a place where creativity meets social responsibility.

rtist Chelsea Kim's interactive installation, created during her residency at Meet Factory, highlights the problematic spots of Prague's cycling infrastructure and turns them into a visual and physical experience. As viewers pedal a stationary bike, the map highlights sections that respondents to Auto*Mat's survey identified as the most probelmatic.

The installation will light up on Thursday, September 19, in the park in front of letohrádek Portheimka at 7pm.

Program

6.30 p.m.   Introduction and talk about the origins of the project

7.00 p.m.   Opening ceremony of the installation

10.00 p.m.  Closing of the event.

We encourage you to come by bike - if you use Rekolo, you have two 30-minute rides to and from the event for free with the code CycleUp (bike parking is available in front of Štefánik arcade OC Nový Smíchov).
