The Heroine of the Week Is Božena Hauserová

A spy and member of the United States Army. During Operation Sauerkraut in 1944, she tried to infiltrate Hitler's army through German prisoners captured in Italy, where she was deployed. For her bravery, she was awarded one of the most important American military honors - the Bronze Star.
