Internship at the Czech Centre Bucharest

The Czech Centre in Bucharest is offering a position for an intern interested in cultural diplomacy and promotion of the Czech culture in Romania.

Internship dates: February – June, September – December

Internship description

• Research of information from the Czech environment with relevance to the local context
  
• Updating communication channels (web, FB, etc.) and PR support (press releases, media outlets)
  
• Documentation and publication for the Instagram of CC Bucharest
  
• Participation in events organized by the CC (exhibitions, film screenings, discussions, concerts) and subsequent presentaton of the event in media
  
• Space for own creative outputs in various formats (online/offline) and thematic focus
  

We offer to interns

• 2+1 apartment in the centre of Bucharest
  
• Gaining unique work experience in the field of public and cultural diplomacy
  
• Work experience in an international team
  
• 3-5 month internship (with specific dates to be agreed)
  
• Space to make new contacts
  

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of the Czech and English (or Romanian) language
  
• Advanced knowledge of computer work and mobile applications
  
• Experience in the cultural sphere (e. g. organisation and documentation of events) is an advantage
  
• Independence and proactivity, sense of teamwork
  
• Organisation, patience, diligence
  
• Skills in graphic design are an advantage
